Crunchy granola with nuts: a delicious and healthy breakfast for every day
This homemade granola tastes delicious, keeps you full for a long time and you can vary the ingredients according to your taste. Enjoy it for breakfast with milk (or a plant-based milk alternative) or with yogurt. The nuts and seeds it contains provide valuable nutrients such as protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals. The granola will keep for several weeks in an airtight container.
A crunchy nut muesli mix for all granola lovers!
Ingredients:

100 g sunflower seeds

50 g linseed
-
50 g slivered almonds
-
100 g chopped almonds with or without shell

½ tsp ground Ceylon cinnamon

¼ tsp ground cardamom
-
1 pinch of ginger
-
1 pinch of clove powder
-
1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
Preparation:

Melt the coconut oil in a pan and roast the nuts and seeds for about ten minutes.

Shortly before the end of roasting, sprinkle in the spices and roast briefly.

Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
My dosha tip: Ideal for Vata constitutions , for Kapha only in small quantities. Almonds strengthen our memory and have a positive effect on skin and hair. Linseed cleanses the intestines. According to Ayurveda, it also has a pain-relieving effect.
