Roasted almonds without sugar: a sweet pleasure without any regrets!
Ingredients:

150 g almonds with shell

1 level teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon

¼ teaspoon vanilla

1 small pinch of rock salt

3 tablespoons maple syrup
Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 160°C using top and bottom heat. Place the almonds in a bowl and mix with the other ingredients.

Spread them out on a baking tray lined with baking paper so that they don't overlap. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Dosha tip: Cinnamon, my favorite spice, reduces Vata and Kapha and combines the flavors of sweet, bitter and spicy. I recommend using Ceylon cinnamon, which is more expensive than the best-selling cassis cinnamon, but has a finer flavor and contains less coumarin, which can damage the liver in large quantities.
