Crispy seed bars
Ingredients:

150 g sesame seeds

50 g coconut flakes

25 g linseed
-
25 g hemp seeds
-
50 g sunflower seeds
-
50 g pumpkin seeds
-
80 g date puree
-
20 g coconut blossom or agave syrup
-
1 pinch of rock salt
-
Dried fruits optional
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients together and spread on baking paper on a baking tray or in a casserole dish. Bake at 170 degrees (top and bottom heat) for around 15 minutes until the edges start to brown slightly. Allow to cool and cut. Store in an airtight container for 2-3 weeks.
My dosha tip: The seed bars are high in protein and suitable for all doshas, but have a drying quality, so the Vata type should definitely not forget to drink enough.
