Prana Chocolate Bites
Chocolate enjoyment for the whole family!
Ingredients:

250 g dark dark chocolate (for me 72% dark chocolate Makri – sugar-free and vegan)

50 g chopped almonds

50 g chopped cashews

2 tbsp hemp seeds
-
1 tbsp MCT oil (alternative: coconut oil)

1 pinch of ginger

25 g popped amaranth
Preparation:

Melt the chocolate in a water bath or on minimal heat.

Stir the chopped nuts, hemp seeds, amaranth, ginger and oil into the chocolate and pour into a baking tray (approx. 20 x 20 cm) lined with baking paper and smooth out.

Cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and then cut into the desired shape. I then store them in an airtight box in the refrigerator.
My dosha tip: Suitable for all doshas in moderation. A sweet treat with lots of healthy fats.
