Quick grilled vegetables from the oven
Ingredients for 2 people:

1 large sweet potato

1 kohlrabi
-
2 red pointed peppers
-
4 tbsp virgin rapeseed oil

Marjoram sprigs
-
Rosemary sprigs
-
½ tsp turmeric powder
-
½ tsp sweet paprika powder
-
1 pinch of ginger powder
-
½ tsp coriander powder
-
pepper
-
Non-iodized rock salt
Preparation:

Peel the sweet potato and kohlrabi and cut into the shape of fries. Cut the peppers into wide strips.

Mix in a bowl with the oil and the spices and herbs.

Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C top and bottom heat for about 20 minutes until the vegetables start to brown. At the end, you can briefly switch on the grill function to get a little more brown.
My dosha tip: This method of preparing vegetables is particularly ideal for Kapha, as baking reduces their moist properties. Vata types can therefore use a little more oil.
