Sweet rice pudding with raspberries
Ingredients:

½ cup rice pudding

¼ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp cardamom
-
2 cups rice milk (or other plant milk of your choice)

1 handful of raisins and raspberries

Hemp seeds or other seeds and nuts for garnishing
Preparation:

Roast cardamom and cinnamon in ghee, stir in washed rice pudding/short grain rice, pour in 4 times the amount of rice milk and cook until soft.

Garnish with raisins, raspberries and hemp seeds. Sweeten with date or maple syrup if desired.
My dosha tip: suitable for all doshas. To reduce Vata, the raisins can be soaked in water overnight. To reduce Kapha, roast some ginger powder and sweeten with honey.
