The workbook is instructions for a 7-day detox program that follows Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle principles. To date, the prana detox days have only been available as a group program. The concept is now open to everyone who would like to detox independently without supervision.

The program was developed by Ayurvedic practitioner Katharina Pindeus and can be easily implemented from home. The workbook includes a recipe book with many detox recipes, a shopping list , Ayurveda knowledge , many Ayurveda tips , yoga exercises and other practices and tools that support your detoxification.

We cleanse and wash ourselves daily, but what about your internal cleansing? An unhealthy diet with incorrect food combinations, an imbalance of macronutrients in food (proteins, carbohydrates and fats), an unhealthy lifestyle and stressful environmental factors lead to undigested metabolic residues, waste products and toxins being deposited in the body.

For these reasons, Ayurveda recommends purifying our body and mind especially during the seasonal transitions. The aim is to use the relief days to regain balance without starving , to recharge your batteries, to relieve the digestive system, to stimulate the metabolism, to strengthen the immune system for the cold season and to increase general well-being.

The recipes are designed to give us energy (Prana), taking into account that the blood sugar level remains stable, thereby relieving the strain on the liver.
