The Arishta herbal mixture, developed by Germany's most famous ayurveda chef Volker Mehl, harmonizes the Pitta dosha, which is located in the lower stomach and small intestine.

An Arishta in a classic herbal extract in Ayurveda that ensures the optimal absorption of herbs. As opposed to tea, fruit juice can be used as a base. Volker preferates using blackcurrant juice as it is very rich in vitamin C and contains natural cortisone-like compounds.

In addition to the large intestine, the liver plays a crucial role in breaking down food and in vital metabolic processes.
Ayurveda recommends the regular intake of bitter substances to support these important processes. The selected organic herbs stimulate and balance these processes.

Preparation recommendation:

Bring 1 heaped tablespoon to the boil in 1⁄2 liter of fruit juice or water and let it steep, covered, for at least 10 minutes. Volker Mehl recommends black currant juice. Take 100-150 ml of the warm or room temperature brew before lunch and dinner. Store in the refrigerator and use within 1 week after boiling.

Store in a cool and dry place.
