Make your own almond milk: quick, easy and delicious!

Almond milk is a popular plant-based alternative to cow's milk. It is rich in vitamins, minerals and healthy fats and is perfect for muesli, smoothies or just to enjoy on its own. With this recipe you can easily make almond milk yourself.

Ingredients:

  • 85 g raw almonds

  • ½ tsp uniodized rock salt/sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder

  • 2 pitted dates

Preparation:

  1. Soak the almonds in plenty of water overnight (approx. 12 hours).

  2. Soak the dates in water for 1 hour before preparation. Puree the almonds, dates, salt and vanilla in a high-performance blender for 2-3 minutes until creamy and then strain through a fine-mesh sieve or cloth.

  3. Store in an airtight bottle in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

  4. Shake the almond milk well before consumption.
